Learning Toolkit<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Children with diabetes often face challenges in school and sports settings due to a lack of awareness and understanding. DiabetEASE addresses this gap by providing practical tools, training, and educational resources that help educators recognise symptoms, respond to emergencies, and support the daily needs of students with diabetes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The project brings together organisations from different European countries to collaborate on the development of a comprehensive\u00a0Learning Toolkit<\/strong>, designed specifically for teachers, physical education instructors, coaches, and non-formal educators. This toolkit includes essential information on diabetes management, symptom recognition, emergency response, and strategies for inclusion in both educational and physical activity settings\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The project also promotes awareness through dedicated\u00a0Diabetes Awareness activities<\/strong>, encouraging schools and communities to better understand diabetes and foster inclusive environments where all children can thrive\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
